We specialize in educating individuals and groups on positive healthy lifestyle, women empowerment, mindfulness, and self fulfillment. Educating clients on self-care and their health. Providing clients with valuable tools and resources to take control of their well-being is at the heart of what we do. Members: Grace Bascetta is the Principal. She oversees all operations. She has over forty years of sound nursing and business experience.  Inspiring, uplifting, and passionate about health and exercise. Principal & Founder, Grace Bascetta RN, is a decades-long front-line healthcare worker turned survivor and advocate. She’s a published author on Workplace Abuse & Harassment. In addition to a tenured career working in operating rooms around the country, she boldly entered a traditionally male-dominated field, founding a highly-successful construction company before redirecting her energy and experience solely to lifting other women and supporting their desire to make positive lifestyle changes in their life. She’s an ODU alumni and lover of dachshunds. And fearless woman.

Based out of Williamsburg, VA, a member of our management is devoted to maintaining a successful relationship with you by overseeing on-time, on-budget delivery of your educational projects with proactive initiative. Our team functions as a remote consultancy, all our team members are Virginia based individuals, generally seated from Richmond to Coastal Virginia. We ensure that sharp, creative minds collaborate to translate your monthly goals to engaging sessions.
